Grilled Chicken Breast and Greens Salad
This fresh summer salad with grilled chicken breast cooked to a golden brown is perfect for a hot day. It is light, nutritious, and incredibly tasty.
Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g fresh parsley
- 50 g arugula
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 30 g walnuts
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, cut the avocado and walnuts, and tear the greens.
- Once the chicken cools down, slice it thinly.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
