Salad "Romance"

• Chicken breast 300 Grams
• Orange 1 Piece
• Apple 1 Piece
• Quail egg 6 Pieces
• Cooked rice 0.5 Cup
• Cucumber 2 Pieces
• Green lettuce leaf 6 Pieces
• Mayonnaise To taste
• Salt, pepper To taste

	Boil the chicken and cut it into pieces.
	Peel the cucumber and cut it into strips.
	Peel the apple, remove the core, and chop it. Drizzle with lemon juice.
	Slice the orange into wedges, removing the peel.
	In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, cooked rice, cucumbers, orange, and mayonnaise, mixing thoroughly.
	On a pretty plate, lay down large leaves of green lettuce, then place the salad with mayonnaise on top.
