Summer Salad with Quail Eggs

- 8 quail eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g lettuce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by boiling the quail eggs for 5-6 minutes. After that, cool them under cold water and peel.
- Chop the cucumber and cherry tomatoes into pieces.
- In a deep bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and lettuce leaves.
- Add the peeled quail eggs, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and then gently mix.
