  • Soy sauce 60 Milliliters
  • Japanese mirin (Can be replaced with dry sherry.) 60 Milliliters
  • Rice vinegar (Can be replaced with apple, wine, or regular vinegar.) 30 Milliliters
  • Brown sugar 50 Grams
  • Green onions 3-4 Pieces
  • Cucumber 1 Piece
  • Avocado 1/2 Piece
  • Salad leaves 4-6 Pieces

salat_s_jarenim_lososem-73801.jpg2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow the salmon pieces to marinate in this mixture for a few minutes before cooking. Then, grill the salmon in a pan without adding oil.

Rinse, peel, and cut the regular onion into thin strips. Place the grilled salmon pieces into a bowl. In the remaining marinade in the pan, add vinegar. Simmer briefly, then pour the glaze over the salmon. Add the prepared vegetables to the salmon pieces.
