• Chocolate (dark) 270 Grams
• Egg 1 Piece
• Salt 1/4 Teaspoons
• Sugar 1/3 Cup
• Baking Powder 1/4 Teaspoons

	Melt the chocolate with the addition of butter.
	Beat the egg well with the sugar until fluffy.
	Add the melted chocolate to the beaten egg.
	Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the mixture and knead the dough.
	Chop the remaining chocolate into small pieces and fold into the dough.
	Form cookies and place them on parchment. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
