  • Butter (50 g - for the dough) 100 Grams
  • Eggs 1 Piece
  • Cinnamon 2 Teaspoons
  • Sugar 5 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoons
  • Fresh yeast (or 50-60 g of raw) 20 Grams

sdobnie_bulochki-345981.JPG3. Pour in a glass of flour, stir with a wooden spoon, and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
sdobnie_bulochki-345979.JPG4. When the mixture has increased in size and bubbles appear, add melted butter (50 g) and 3 tbsp. of refined oil. Mix the dough with a spoon.

sdobnie_bulochki-345984.JPG6. This is how my dough turned out. It doesn't stick to my hands, is soft, and aromatic. Cover it with a clean, dry towel and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
sdobnie_bulochki-345985.JPG7. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with ground cinnamon or sugar.

sdobnie_bulochki-345988.JPG9. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between them. Let them rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Brush the tops with egg or melted butter.
sdobnie_bulochki-345990.JPG10. Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. Cool the finished rolls on a rack. Enjoy your meal!
