1. Prepare the ingredients. I use the same glass for flour and milk with a volume of 200 ml. Let's get started! | |
Add fresh yeast, sugar, and a raw egg to warm milk. Mix well. | |
3. Pour in a glass of flour, stir with a wooden spoon, and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes. | |
4. When the mixture has increased in size and bubbles appear, add melted butter (50 g) and 3 tbsp. of refined oil. Mix the dough with a spoon. | |
5. Add the sifted remaining flour and vanilla. Knead the dough so that it is not too stiff. | |
6. This is how my dough turned out. It doesn't stick to my hands, is soft, and aromatic. Cover it with a clean, dry towel and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours. | |
7. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Optionally, sprinkle with ground cinnamon or sugar. | |
8. Roll it up and cut into pieces. The width is up to you. I cut it into 9 parts. | |
9. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between them. Let them rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Brush the tops with egg or melted butter. | |
10. Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. Cool the finished rolls on a rack. Enjoy your meal! |
