  • Mushrooms (champignons) 1 Kilogram
  • Vinegar 0.5 Cup
  • Sunflower Oil 0.5 Cup
  • Salt 2 Teaspoons
  • Sugar 4 Teaspoons
  • Garlic 5-6 Cloves
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Carrot (or bell pepper) 0.5 Piece
  • Allspice Peppers 5-10 Pieces
  • Black Peppercorns 5-10 Pieces
  • Bay Leaves 2 Pieces
  • Cloves 1 Piece
shampinoni_zakusochnie-167594.jpgThoroughly wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces (if the mushrooms are large – divide into 4 parts, if small – leave whole). Place them in a large pot and boil (cook for 2-3 minutes).

Pour the cooled mushrooms into the marinade, cover with a lid, and shake the container vigorously to ensure the mushrooms are well combined with the marinade. Put it in the fridge and marinate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy your meal!
