Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Gently combine the chocolate mixture with the eggs.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into a mold and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving so the dessert becomes firmer.
