Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Icing

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- 100 g of butter
- 300 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- Vanilla extract to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a deep bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk and melted butter. Add vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures and mix thoroughly until you achieve a homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter into a mold and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Make the icing by mixing powdered sugar with vanilla extract and a bit of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Let the cake cool and gently cover it with the icing.
