  • White wine 1/4 Cup
  • Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp
  • Clove of garlic 2 Pieces
  • Ounces of pasta sauce 8 Pieces
  • Grated Parmesan (salt and pepper to taste) 1/3 Cup

Recipe for Dumplings with Portobello Mushroom Sauce

To make incredibly delicious dumplings, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Flour - 500 g
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Beef - 300 g
  • Pork - 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Onion - 1 pc.

For the sauce:

  • Portobello mushrooms - 300 g
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix flour with salt, add egg and water. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, finely chop the meat, onion, and garlic. Pass through a meat grinder or blender. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles. Place a portion of the filling on each piece of dough and shape the dumplings.
  4. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Drop in the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes after they float.
  5. For the sauce, sauté the chopped mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat until thickened.
  6. Serve the dumplings with the hot sauce. Enjoy your meal!
