  • Boiled egg (hard-boiled) 1 Piece
  • Chicken fillet 400 Grams
  • Gelatin 6 Teaspoons
  • Parsley (small) 5-7 Sprigs

  • Canned peas 4 Tablespoons
  • Canned corn 4 Tablespoons
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Beef broth cubes 2 Pieces
sloenoe_zalivnoe-147055.jpg1. Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of water. Peel the carrot and slice it into rounds. Bring 1.25 liters of water to a boil in a pot. Add the sliced carrot, chicken fillet, and broth cubes, and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Rinse the bowls and start forming the layers: first place a layer of egg, then a few rounds of carrot, and a sprig of parsley. Pour in some gelatin and let it set. You can put it in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes.
