Fish Solyanka Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g fish
  • 1 l water
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g olives
  • 200 g tomatoes in their juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dill and parsley for serving

Preparation:

  1. First, prepare the fish: clean and cut it into pieces.
  2. Next, pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the fish and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes, carrot, and onion.
  5. After that, add the vegetables to the pot and cook for another 20 minutes.
  6. Then add the tomatoes and olives, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Finally, let the soup steep, then serve it with herbs.
