Spaghetti with Chicken and Chili Peppers

  • Chicken fillet 200-250 grams
  • Spaghetti 60-70 grams
  • Vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Tomato paste (or crushed tomatoes in their juice) 3/4 cup
  • Chili pepper (or less, as desired) 1 piece
  • Onion (optional) 1 piece
  • Dried basil to taste

The spiciness of the pepper is in the seeds, so you can remove them. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the chopped chili and fry for another minute. Then add the chicken fillet and fry for about 8 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper, add basil, then pour in the tomato paste. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
