  • Salt 1/3 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/3 teaspoon
  • Lettuce 1 piece
  • Water (for sauce) 1/2 cup
  • Fish Sauce (for sauce) 1/8 cup

Spring Roll Recipe

Thai cuisine offers a multitude of delicious dishes, and spring rolls with meat and vegetables are no exception. This appetizer is perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g meat (chicken, pork, or beef)
  • 300 g vegetables (carrot, cabbage, bell pepper)
  • 100 g rice paper
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Peanut oil for frying
  • Spices if desired (garlic, ginger)

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and cut the meat into small pieces, then fry in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Slightly fry the chopped vegetables until soft, adding soy sauce and spices.
  3. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, then place it on a work surface.
  4. On each piece of rice paper, place the meat and vegetables, tightly roll them up.
  5. Fry the rolls in peanut oil until crispy on all sides.
  6. Serve hot with soy sauce or another sauce of your choice.
