Delicious Dish of Pike Perch with Rice and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g pike perch
- 200 g rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil
Preparation
- Rinse the rice thoroughly and boil it in chicken broth until cooked.
- Cut the pike perch into portions, season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the carrot and bell pepper, and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Stir in the pieces of pike perch and cook until the fish is done.
- Serve with boiled rice, garnished with herbs.
