Strawberry Cream Soup
This refreshing soup is perfect for hot days. It combines the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of cream, creating a unique flavor.
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 200 ml cream
- 2-3 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- Mint for garnish
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Set aside half of the strawberries for serving, and place the rest into a blender.
- Add cream and sugar to the strawberries.
- Blend until smooth.
- If necessary, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with the reserved strawberries and mint leaves.
