Taco with Beef Tongue

- 500 g beef tongue
- 10 pieces of tortilla
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- Parsley for garnish

Preparation
- First, boil the beef tongue in salted water until tender. This will take about 2-3 hours.
- After cooking, peel the tongue and slice it thinly.
- In a pan, heat some oil, add finely chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
- Then add the sliced tongue, cumin, salt, and pepper, and continue to sauté for a few minutes.
- While the filling is cooking, warm the tortillas in another pan.
- After that, fill each tortilla with the prepared mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
