Texas-Mexican Burger
Prepare a Texas-style burger and feel like a true cowboy!
Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Leaves of lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form patties from the mixture.
- Heat the grill and cook the patties to your desired doneness.
- A minute before they are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
- On the buns, place some lettuce, followed by the burger with melted cheese, tomatoes, and then top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
