Recipe for delicious veal stewed with beans and served with boiled rice.
Ingredients
- 500 g tender veal
- 200 g beans
- 1 cup rice
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Soak the beans for several hours, then boil until partially cooked.
- Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces.
- Sauté the onion until golden brown, add the meat and fry until browned.
- Add garlic and beans, season with salt and pepper, and simmer covered on low heat.
- Thoroughly rinse the rice and boil separately in salted water.
- Serve the veal with beans alongside the rice.
