Veal with Rice and Beans

  • Pepper 1 to taste
  • Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth 600 milliliters
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Beans 500 grams
  • Sour cream 150 grams

Recipe for delicious veal stewed with beans and served with boiled rice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g tender veal
  • 200 g beans
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • vegetable oil, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Soak the beans for several hours, then boil until partially cooked.
  2. Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces.
  3. Sauté the onion until golden brown, add the meat and fry until browned.
  4. Add garlic and beans, season with salt and pepper, and simmer covered on low heat.
  5. Thoroughly rinse the rice and boil separately in salted water.
  6. Serve the veal with beans alongside the rice.
