Delicious Tomato Pizza with Lucom

This pizza boasts a vibrant tomato flavor and a fragrant filling of lucom. Perfect for lunch or a party!

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough — 1 round
  • Tomatoes — 300 g
  • Lucom — 200 g
  • Mozzarella — 150 g
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Salt — to taste
  • Black pepper — to taste
  • Basil — for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced tomatoes over the dough.
  4. Top with pieces of lucom and slices of mozzarella.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Garnish the finished pizza with basil leaves and serve hot.
