Ingredients:
- Pizza dough — 1 round
- Tomatoes — 300 g
- Lucom — 200 g
- Mozzarella — 150 g
- Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
- Basil — for garnish
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the sliced tomatoes over the dough.
- Top with pieces of lucom and slices of mozzarella.
