White Chocolate Cake

This magnificent cake will delight you with its rich flavor and delicate coating.

Ingredients

  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g flour

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with butter in a water bath.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gently combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  4. Add the sifted flour and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into a mold and bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
  6. After cooling, cover the cake with melted white chocolate.
  7. Chill before serving.
