  • Ground Cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Lavash or Pita (for 4 pizzas) 4 Pieces
  • Tomatoes 3 Pieces
  • Fresh Parsley 1 Bunch
  • Olive Oil 3-4 Tablespoons

tureckaya_picca-166041.jpg2. Separate half of the bunch of parsley and finely chop the rest. Peel and dice the onion. Press the garlic into a large bowl with the chopped parsley and onion. Clean the peppers, chop them, and add tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Mix everything thoroughly.
