Ingredients for Beef Stew
- 1 kg of beef
- 2 large onions
- 3 carrots
- 300 ml of broth
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Cut the beef into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and slice the carrots into sticks.
- In heated oil, sauté the onion until golden brown.
- Add the carrots and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the meat and brown it until crusty.
- Pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 1.5-2 hours.
- Serve with a side dish of your choice.
