  • Stewed beef fillet 1 Piece
  • Package of Italian dressing 1 Piece
  • Onion 2 Pieces
  • Garlic clove 2 Pieces
  • Red bell pepper 2 Pieces
  • Prepared meat broth 1/2 Cup
  • Zucchini sliced 2 Pieces
  • Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water 2 1/2 Tbsp

Ingredients for Beef Stew

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 300 ml of broth
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In heated oil, sauté the onion until golden brown.
  4. Add the carrots and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Add the meat and brown it until crusty.
  6. Pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 1.5-2 hours.
  8. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
