Mexican-Style Stewed Meat

  • Meat or poultry 400 Grams
  • Salt 1 To taste
  • Pepper 1 To taste
  • Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Onion 2 Pieces
  • Carrot 1 Piece
  • Bell pepper 1 Piece
  • Garlic 4 Cloves

tushenoe_myaso_po-meksikanski-167303.jpgQuarter the bell pepper. Add it to the skillet and stir. Pour in enough water to cover the contents by 1 cm. Simmer covered for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
