Simple and Tasty Recipe for Braised Vegetables with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 500 g vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, peppers)
  • 300 g mushrooms (button mushrooms or any others)
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
