Simple and Tasty Recipe for Braised Vegetables with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 500 g vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, peppers)
- 300 g mushrooms (button mushrooms or any others)
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes.
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
