  • Sour cream (for serving) To taste
  • Meat broth 500 Milliliters

  • Dried garlic 1 Tsp
  • Cumin 0.5 Tsp
  • White pepper 0.5 Tsp
  • Pumpkin seeds (for serving) 2 Tbsp
tikvennii_sup-529412.jpg1. Thoroughly wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the pumpkin and potato into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. In a mortar, crush the cumin and white pepper.
