Asian Pork Dish with Vegetables

This is a recipe for a unique dish featuring pork, finely chopped vegetables, and nuts, served with long-grain rice as a side.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pork
  • 200 g long-grain rice
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the rice and boil it according to the package instructions.
  2. Cut the pork into small cubes and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Add the onion, carrot, and pepper, and continue frying until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Stir in the nuts and soy sauce, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Serve the pork with vegetables and nuts on a bed of long-grain rice.
