Asian Pork Dish with Vegetables
This is a recipe for a unique dish featuring pork, finely chopped vegetables, and nuts, served with long-grain rice as a side.
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork
- 200 g long-grain rice
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 50 g cashew nuts
- Soy sauce to taste
- Spices to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Rinse the rice and boil it according to the package instructions.
- Cut the pork into small cubes and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Add the onion, carrot, and pepper, and continue frying until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the nuts and soy sauce, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly.
