Baked Pasta with Lemon

• Spaghetti 450 Grams
• Salted butter 4 Tablespoons
• Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
• Garlic 2 Cloves
• Lemon 1 Piece
• Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
• Parsley 2 Pinches

	Peel the lemon.
	Melt the butter with olive oil.
	Chop the garlic into small pieces and add it to the pan with the oil.
	Halve the lemon and remove the seeds.
	Juice the lemon into a pot.
	Add sour cream to the lemon juice.
	Add the lemon zest and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
	Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and place it in a bowl.
	Pour the sauce over the pasta.
	Finely chop the herbs and grated cheese.
	Bake the spaghetti in the oven for a few minutes.
	Sprinkle grated cheese and herbs over the hot pasta.
