Simple Breakfast: Delicious Pancakes

This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast. There are many variations, but we will present you with the classic method.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour in the milk, continuing to stir the mixture.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and mix well again.
