Seven-Layer Tortilla Pie without Meat
This amazing seven-layer pie is a great choice for vegetarians. Made with thin tortillas, it will delight your stomach and surprise your guests. The recipe is simple and doesn’t require much time.
Ingredients
- Tortillas – 7 pieces
- Cottage cheese – 300 g
- Spinach – 200 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Egg – 1 piece
- Cheese – 150 g
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation
- First, sauté the spinach with finely chopped garlic until soft.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
- On one tortilla, spread a little filling and distribute it evenly.
- On top, place another tortilla and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
- Put the formed pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Once done, let the pie cool slightly, then cut into serving pieces.
- Ready! Serve and enjoy.

This pie pairs well with sour cream or yogurt. Don’t forget to garnish with herbs before serving!
