Beef Stroganoff with Forest Mushrooms and Venison

Ingredients
- 300 g venison
- 100 g forest mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Slice the venison into thin strips.
