Beef Stroganoff with Forest Mushrooms and Venison

This exquisite beef stroganoff recipe featuring forest mushrooms and venison is designed for a romantic dinner for two.

Ingredients

  • 300 g venison
  • 100 g forest mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Slice the venison into thin strips.

  3. Add the venison to the onion and cook until browned.
