1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften. | |

4. Mix the batter thoroughly until there are no lumps, then add vegetable oil. | |
5. Once again, mix all the components well. | |
6. Bake crepes from the prepared batter. Let them cool, then carefully trim the uneven edges using a plate of the desired diameter. | |
7. For the cream, beat the softened butter using a mixer. Gradually add condensed milk and continue beating until the cream is homogeneous and stable. | |
8. Carefully spread the prepared cream on each crepe. The layer of cream should be thin, not exceeding the thickness of the crepe. Do not spread cream on the top crepe. | |
9. Your crepe cake is ready, and you can decorate it as you like. I used chocolate glaze and sprinkled crushed walnuts on top. The cake can be served immediately, but it’s better to leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for a firmer texture. | |
