Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Reduce the temperature to 350°F and cook for another 15 minutes until a golden crust forms. Then turn off the oven and carefully poke the bottoms of the rolls with a toothpick. Leave the rolls in the cooling oven for 15-20 minutes.
