Garlic and Cheese Stuffed Bread Recipe
Create an original bread filled with melted cheese and sautéed garlic! This recipe will be a fantastic addition to your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 10 g salt
- 25 g sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 300 ml water
- 200 g melted cheese
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a deep bowl.
- Add warm water and knead the dough, then let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
- While the dough rises, prepare the filling: heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic until golden.
- Combine the sautéed garlic with the melted cheese until smooth.
- When the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangular sheet, placing the cheese filling on one half.
- Roll the dough into a log and seal the edges so the filling doesn't leak out.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
- Serve warm, sliced into portions.
