Beef Liver with Vegetables Recipe

Beef liver baked with vegetables is a gourmet second course that is perfect for lunch. It is not only filling but also a nutritious dish.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef liver
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Clean the liver from membranes and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Grate the carrots, slice the onion into half-rings, and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  4. Add the carrots and cook, stirring, for a few more minutes.
  5. Then add the liver and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook over medium heat until the liver is fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
