Beef Liver with Vegetables Recipe
Beef liver baked with vegetables is a gourmet second course that is perfect for lunch. It is not only filling but also a nutritious dish.
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef liver
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying
Preparation:
- Clean the liver from membranes and cut it into small pieces.
- Grate the carrots, slice the onion into half-rings, and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
- Add the carrots and cook, stirring, for a few more minutes.
- Then add the liver and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook over medium heat until the liver is fully cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
