  • Parsley 2 Tablespoons
  • White truffle oil 2-3 Drops

Mushroom Curry Soup: A Delightful Recipe

This mushroom curry soup is rich in flavor and perfect for chilly days. Enjoy the unique blend of fresh mushroom aromas and a variety of spices.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth

Preparation:

  1. Start by chopping the mushrooms, onion, potatoes, and carrot.
  2. In a pot, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
