Sausages with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

We present to you a wonderful recipe for a main dish: sausages served with mashed potatoes and delicious gravy. This is the perfect option for an autumn dinner that will warm you up and satisfy your hunger.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g sausages
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 500 ml broth

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them until tender.
  2. In a separate skillet, fry the sausages until golden brown.
