Chicken with Mushrooms in Marsala Sauce
This delightful dish combines the tenderness of chicken meat with the aroma of mushrooms, infused in a creamy Marsala sauce.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 300 g champignon mushrooms
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until the water evaporates.
- Pour in the Marsala wine and let it reduce slightly.
