  • Mushrooms (sliced) 450 grams
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 pieces
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoons
  • Marsala (or sherry) 3 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup
  • Green Onion (finely chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste) 1 piece

Chicken with Mushrooms in Marsala Sauce

This delightful dish combines the tenderness of chicken meat with the aroma of mushrooms, infused in a creamy Marsala sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g champignon mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until the water evaporates.
  4. Pour in the Marsala wine and let it reduce slightly.
  5. Add the cream, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve, garnished with chopped parsley.
