  • Flour 1/3 Cup
  • Egg 1 Piece
  • Beaten eggs 2 Pieces
  • Olive oil 2 Tbsp
  • Shallot (finely chopped) 1/4 Cup
  • Fresh thyme leaves 1 Tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
  • Sour cream 100 Grams
  • Cilantro (finely chopped) 1 Tbsp
