  • Pack of crumbled feta and herbs 1 Piece

Lasagna with Artichokes and Spinach

This lasagna will be a real discovery for lovers of unusual combinations. Artichokes combined with fresh spinach create a unique flavor that will pleasantly surprise all your guests!

Ingredients

  • Lasagna pasta - 200 g
  • Canned artichokes - 150 g
  • Fresh spinach - 200 g
  • mozzarella - 250 g
  • Tomato sauce - 300 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a deep skillet, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add spinach and sauté until tender.
  4. Chop the artichokes and add them to the spinach, mix, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a little tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Layer the lasagna, filling, and mozzarella, alternating with sauce.
  7. Finish with a layer of sauce and the remaining mozzarella.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
