Lasagna with Artichokes and Spinach

Ingredients
- Lasagna pasta - 200 g
- Canned artichokes - 150 g
- Fresh spinach - 200 g
- mozzarella - 250 g
- Tomato sauce - 300 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a deep skillet, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add spinach and sauté until tender.
- Chop the artichokes and add them to the spinach, mix, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a little tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer the lasagna, filling, and mozzarella, alternating with sauce.
- Finish with a layer of sauce and the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
