  • Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 4 Cups

  • Onion (finely chopped) 3/4 Cup
  • Fresh Mushrooms 450 Grams
  • Noodles, package 1 Piece
  • Green Bell Pepper (finely chopped) 3/4 Cup
  • Pasta with Sauce (jar) 1 Piece
  • Ricotta Cheese 200 Grams
lazanya_s_ovoshami_s_sirom-167137.jpgBoil the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the hot water and then rinse the noodles under cold water, setting them aside.
lazanya_s_ovoshami_s_sirom-167144.jpgIn a large skillet, sauté chopped mushrooms, green pepper, and finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Then add pasta with sauce and basil. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for another 15 minutes.

Layer the noodles, then the cheese and egg mixture, and the pasta with sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining grated cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
