Healthy Strawberry and Oat Cocktail

Ingredients
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 50 g oatmeal
- 300 ml milk or yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- Add the strawberries, oatmeal, milk or yogurt, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass and serve immediately.
