  • Paneer cheese 300 Grams
  • Green chili 2 Pieces
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil 6 Tablespoons
  • Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  • Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
  • Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  • Cream 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt To taste

palak_panir-168141.jpgDrop it into boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, then transfer to a colander to cool.

palak_panir-168143.jpgCut the paneer into cubes and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
