Garlic Pizza
This delicious pizza, filled with the aroma of garlic, will become a staple in your menu. An ideal dish for family dinners or parties with friends.
Ingredients:
- 300 g flour
- 200 ml water
- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Oregano to taste
Preparation:
- In a deep bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, and knead into a uniform dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the sauce by mincing the garlic and frying it in a pan.
- After the dough has risen, roll it into a circle and place it on a baking tray.
- Spread the tomato sauce, evenly distribute the fried garlic and grated mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with oregano and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- After baking, let the pizza cool slightly, cut, and serve immediately.
