Garlic Pizza

This delicious pizza, filled with the aroma of garlic, will become a staple in your menu. An ideal dish for family dinners or parties with friends.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, and knead into a uniform dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. While the dough is rising, prepare the sauce by mincing the garlic and frying it in a pan.
  5. After the dough has risen, roll it into a circle and place it on a baking tray.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce, evenly distribute the fried garlic and grated mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano and place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  8. After baking, let the pizza cool slightly, cut, and serve immediately.
