Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- spinach - 200 g
- rice - 300 g
- onion - 1 pcs
- garlic - 2 cloves
- yogurt - 150 g
- olive oil - 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
- First, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until they are soft.
- Then add the rice, mix well, and fry it for a few minutes.
- Pour in hot water so that it covers the rice, and add the spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover, and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
