Beet Salad with Cucumbers
This appetizing salad is easy to prepare and is perfect for serving at festive tables or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- Boiled Beets - 3 pcs.
- Pickled Cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - for garnish
Preparation:
- Boil the beets until soft, cool and peel.
- Dice the beets into small cubes.
- Dice the pickled cucumbers and add them to the beets.
- Chop the garlic and add it to the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with dill and serve!
