  • Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Onion (medium, chopped) 1 Piece
  • Garlic (minced) 1 Tablespoon
  • Chicken breast (boiled and chopped) 1 Piece
  • Salt 1/2 Tablespoons
  • Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Water 8 Cups
  • Chicken bouillon cubes 3 Pieces
  • Noodles 1/2 Kilogram
sotangon_Sotanghon-7093.jpgHeat oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms, carrots, chicken, and snow peas. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked through for several minutes.
sotangon_Sotanghon-7094.jpgTransfer the chicken and vegetables to another dish. Pour water into the same skillet and bring to a boil. Add chicken bouillon cubes and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
sotangon_Sotanghon-7095.jpgAdd the noodles to the boiling water. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then return the vegetables and chicken back into the skillet with the noodles. Continue to cook for a few more minutes. Mix well.
