Bean and Cucumber Soup

  • Carrot 1 Piece
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Pickled cucumber 3-4 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil 2 Tbl. spoons
  • Water (or vegetable broth) 1.5 Liters
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste
