  • Garlic 3 Cloves
  • Mushrooms 220 Grams
  • Bunch of green onions 3 Pieces
  • Pork tenderloin 700 Grams
  • Salt 1 To taste
  • Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
  • Ground black pepper 1 To taste
  • Rice vinegar 3 Tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 3 Tbsp
  • Mixed salad leaves 220 Grams
svinina_quotmu_shuquot-7892.JPGMix hoisin sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Let the pork marinate for 10-30 minutes. Then, heat 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Place the pork with the marinade and add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes. Then remove the meat from the skillet to a separate dish. Pour in another 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 3 minutes. Slice the salad leaves and green onions, and continue to sauté together with the mushrooms for another couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the meat on the salad leaves.
