  • Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  • Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt 1 Tbsp.
  • Black pepper (to taste) 1 Teaspoon
  • Cloves 3 Pieces
  • Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
  • Wine vinegar 2 Tbsp.
  • Onion 1 Piece
  • Lime 1 Piece
